Caramel Apple Salad

TJKilborn Caramel Apple Salad
  • 4 red delicious apple, diced
  • 32 ounces low-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 (1 pkg) butterscotch instant pudding, Fat Free Sugar Free

Mix yogurt, applesauce, and pudding mix in large bowl. Set aside.

2.

Core and dice apples, set in water with a little lemon juice (to prevent browning).

3.

Drain apple chunks well then fold into yogurt mixture.

4.

Cover bowl with cling wrap and set in fridge overnight.

5.

Mix well. Enjoy for a healthy breakfast or snack!
