Caramel Apple Salad
- 4 red delicious apple, diced
- 32 ounces low-fat vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1 (1 pkg) butterscotch instant pudding, Fat Free Sugar Free
Mix yogurt, applesauce, and pudding mix in large bowl. Set aside.
Core and dice apples, set in water with a little lemon juice (to prevent browning).
Drain apple chunks well then fold into yogurt mixture.
Cover bowl with cling wrap and set in fridge overnight.
Mix well. Enjoy for a healthy breakfast or snack!
