Green Seasoning Recipe

I love a lot of flavor when I cook. It gives that kick to any dish. I use this seasoning to give my seafood, meat, vegetables, eggs, breakfast, etc more flavor.

  • 1 parsley, bundle
  • 1 celery stalk, cut
  • 1 large onion, cut
  • 2 red hot peppers, cut
  • 1 thyme leaves, bundle
  • 4 chinese green onion, packs
  • 1/2 fresh ginger, cut
  • 1/3 cup water, cool
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Vegetables Prep

Wash all vegetables under cool running water. 1.Cut red hot peppers and remove seeds 2.Remove thyme from stem 3.Pill and Cut onion into 4 large pieces 4.Remove celery leaves from stem 5.Cut off small piece from head of Chinese onions and cut into long pieces 6.Cut ginger into 2 pieces

Green Seasoning Prep

Place all ingredients into a blender or chopper and add 1/3 cup of water. Blend all ingredients into a paste or puree. Place mixture in a glass jar and add 1teaspoon of salt. Shake bottle to spread salt evenly. Salt is added to preserve seasoning longer. If well refrigerated in a tightly sealed container, this seasoning will be great for up to a month.
