Spanish Omelette "Tortilla Espanola"
- 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
- 4 potatoes, thinly sliced
- 4 eggss, Sc
- 1/4 tablespoon salt
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
In a skillet over medium heat pour the vegetable oil, potatoes, and onions in and fry for about 20 minutes.
Add the onions and potatoes to the eggs.Pour the mixture and olive oil in a skillet cook for about 4 minutes or until the bottom is golden brown.
Plate and Serve
